OfferNation Review At A Glance
If you're looking for the quick version, here it is:
With OfferNation it definitely is possible to make some extra money answering questions and completing simple tasks like installing mobile apps or registering for free trial offers.
A huge positive of OfferNation is their low minimum withdrawal limit of just $1, plus you get cash paid directly to your PayPal account.
But they are by no means the best survey out there. After trying several alternatives I can say Swagbucks payout at a much higher rate so you get more for the time you put in.
If your reason for researching survey sites is to make money online, joining the biggest and best-paid survey site just makes sense. You could always join Swagbucks and keep OfferNation as a backup just in case Swagbucks don’t have what you’re looking for.
Taking surveys can be great, but if you want to generate a more substantial income online then check out my all-time #1 recommended program which has enabled me to make more than $7,000 each and every month.
It’s Easy To Sign Up With OfferNation
OfferNation offers free and easy signup. You can join from any country in the world as long as you're aged 18 and over.
Hit the Sign Up button and you're taken to a form that only takes a minute to fill out:
All you have to do is enter your name, address, a valid email address and password. Then just confirm your email address and you'll be credited with your $0.25 sign up bonus and be all set to take your first survey and start earning.
OfferNation’s Surveys
Unlike survey aggregate sites like Survey Spotter, Project Payday and American Online Jobs which simply refer you to other third-party survey sites, OfferNation has an all-in-one integrated platform which means you take surveys across several reward sites and your earnings will be added to your OfferNation balance.
The platform is also very easy to navigate. In the main menu, you'll see the two main ways of making money with this site; Paid Surveys and Offerwalls.
Paid surveys are obviously the bread and butter of OfferNation, but there's also the Offerwalls page giving you a list of free trial offers and subscriptions you can sign up for to make a few extra bucks.
A quick word of caution about Offerwalls though:
If you don't make a note of the dates you signed up and make sure to cancel your subscriptions in time then obviously this will end up costing more money than you make, so be vigilant to cancel subscriptions in time if you're going down this route.
After clicking around the site for a few minutes, I decided to take a survey. I clicked on the Paid Survey icon in the top menu and started clicking on a few surveys…
I Got Disqualified 3 Times (Maybe Because Of My Location?)
According to OfferNation, my first survey was supposed to earn me 50 cents, but after answering a few personal questions about myself I was told I didn't qualify. This happened to me 2 more times.
In the end, I ended up wasting 45 minutes and had nothing to show for it.
This was frustrating, to say the least!
All I was told was I wasn't the kind of person the survey companies were looking for.
My best guess is that this is due down to my geographical location. I totally get that being in Thailand as opposed to say, the United Kingdom or the United States is likely going to limit my survey taking options.
You Only Need $1 To Withdraw Funds
What I like about this site compared to other survey sites I've reviewed like PanelPolls and GrindaBuck is that they don't run a points-based system and just tell you how much you've earned in real money terms.
Once your earnings reach the required $1 amount you can go ahead and request payment directly to your PayPal account which is pretty handy.
Exactly how long will it take you to reach this amount?
That all depends on whether or not you meet the target demographic these research companies are looking for.
OfferNation Isn’t For Everyone
Though OfferNation is open to anyone regardless of where you come from (as long as you're over 18), that doesn't mean you're going to find it easy to find surveys you actually qualify for.
Survey companies are looking for feedback from specific people on specific topics and whether or not they'll pay you for your opinion totally hinges on things like where you're from, whether you're male or female, single or married and so on.
As I've said, for me, OfferNation is just not an option because I live in south-east Asia.
Is OfferNation right for you?
I guess there's only one way to find out – create your free account and start taking a few of the surveys and see what happens, then come back and let us know about your experience in the comments section below 🙂

OfferNation Review Final Rating
I'm not going to lie – I had high hopes for this site but I'm left feeling a little disappointed. The site doesn't work for me, but that could be down to my location…
If you're reading this from somewhere like the US or the UK then your chances of being offered qualifying surveys are probably a lot higher.
OfferNation aren't the best survey site I've seen, but there's a lot I like about them:
- They have a very low $1 minimum withdrawal limit
- They pay you in cash
- They have a lot of survey options and additional ways to build up your earnings
- The site is simple and easy to navigate
I think OfferNation would be a good fit for folks looking to make an extra $30-$50 a month in their spare time on their phone while they're on the go.
You might as well use any dead time you have throughout the day to put a bit of extra money into your bank account, just be aware this isn't and never will be a serious money-maker that's going to pay your bills!
If you are someone who's looking at survey sites and expecting them to provide you with a full-time income then you're going to end up very frustrated and disappointed. That's because OfferNation and sites like it will never pay you anywhere near enough for your opinions and feedback.

Cool article, but as a full time student i have to say – i dont really have time to take surveys all day long LOL thats why i use Honeygain to make extra $25 every month. so basically this is an app that lets you sell your unused internet traffic via it.
Correct me if I’m wrong but HoneyGrain seems to be an app that you install on your phone or laptop that runs constantly in the background, slowing everything down. After skiming through reviews it seems it’s impossible to earn more than $6 a year – is it really worth it??
Thanks for the heads up though, review coming soon!
Hello Simon. Thank you for sharing this indepth review of OfferNation based on your research and personal experience with the survey platform. I have tried some few survey websites and I end up not being qualified with the surveys but I usually find my way via other means. I’m very sure it’s as a result of my location. I’m from Africa.
Your recommendation is really cool and the sure path to financial freedom.
Regards!
Swagbucks does not offer paid surveys like most other surveys I have reviewed. While it’s money time, there are some well-paid surveys.
I would recommend spending your time more on better paying jobs. There are other polls that are even better paid because these polls only give you points or some money. Thanks for the wonderful post.
Unless you want to make less than 25 cents an hour then Offernation is a scam. They pay you peanuts to take time-consuming surverys and hand over your private info. Sure, you might be able to cash out at the $1 mark but it’ll take you hours to get there.
When I joined a couple of years ago it was pretty good. I used to get a dollar or two every day while I was watching TV. Not much but not bad for something to do during the commercials. Not anymore. Now most of the time I finish a survey I’m told I don’t qualify. Now a good day is 25 to 50 cents.
