Step 1: Find Your Receipt Email
The first thing you need to do is find the email Clickbank sent you when you made the order. The email title will start with: CLKBANK Receipt for Order #.

What you want to do now is enter your email address in the box provided with either:
- Your order number (you can get this from your email receipt)
- The last 4 digits of the card number you used to pay

This will trigger a verification code email to be sent to your inbox, usually within a few seconds. Simply go to your email, copy and paste the code into the form and click the Go button.
If you don’t see the email right away it’s probably hidden away in your junk mail folder.
Step 5: View Your Order Details
Now you should be able to view your full Clickbank purchase history, including order dates and prices.

Quick side note: Double check it’s been less than 60 days since you made the purchase. If it’s been longer then you won’t be covered by Clickbank’s 60-day refund policy
You may still be able to get a refund, but and you’ll have to request it directly from the vendor and it’s up to them if they give you your money back or not.
Step 6: Hit The Get Support Button
Once you’re on the Order Details page you’ll see 2 green buttons on the right-hand side; one says Access Now and the other says Get Support. Click the second one.
Step 7: Fill Out The Refund Request
We are almost there, just one more step before getting your refund!
Now you should be on the Support Ticket screen. Select the Refund Request field and any reason from the dropdown menu. It really doesn’t matter which reason you pick and feel free leave the additional comments box blank.
Then hit Send and you’re done!
Congratulations, you have successfully opened a refund ticket. 🙂
The refund process typically takes typically no longer than 24 hours (as long as it’s a digital product) and they’ll send you an email to say your refund has been issued and your money is back in your bank account where it belongs.
